Getting Started

Complete setup in 5 easy steps (10 minutes)

Before you begin: Make sure you have your restaurant details and menu items ready!

Create Your Account

  1. Click on "Start Free Trial" button on the homepage
  2. Fill in your details:
    • Full Name
    • Email Address
    • Password (min 8 characters)
    • Phone Number
  3. Click "Register"
  4. Check your email for verification link (check spam folder if not found)
You'll get 7 days free trial - no credit card required!

Setup Your Restaurant Profile

After login, go to Settings → Business Profile

  1. Enter restaurant name (e.g., "Tasty Bites Restaurant")
  2. Add your restaurant address
  3. Set contact number and email
  4. Upload restaurant logo (optional but recommended)
  5. Click "Save"
Pro Tip: A good logo makes your menu look professional!

Create Menu Categories

Go to Menu → Categories

  1. Click "Add Category" button
  2. Enter category name (e.g., "Starters", "Main Course", "Desserts")
  3. Set display order (1, 2, 3...)
  4. Click "Save"
  5. Repeat for all categories

Add Menu Items

Go to Menu → Items

  1. Click "Add Item"
  2. Fill item details:
    • Item name (e.g., "Chicken Biryani")
    • Description (brief, tasty description)
    • Price (₹)
    • Select category
    • Upload food image (highly recommended!)
  3. Mark as "Available" or "Out of Stock"
  4. Click "Save"
  5. Repeat for all menu items
Important: Items with images sell 30% more! Use good quality food photos.

Generate Your QR Code

Go to QR Codes section

  1. Click "Generate QR Code"
  2. Select restaurant (if you have multiple)
  3. Download QR code image (PNG format)
  4. Print and place on tables
Congratulations! Your digital menu is now live!

Generate, customize, and manage QR codes

Generate Table-Specific QR Codes

  1. Go to Tables section
  2. Click "Add Table"
  3. Enter table number/name (e.g., "Table 1", "Window Seat")
  4. Click "Save"
  5. Click "Generate QR" next to table
  6. Download QR code image
Each table gets a unique QR code - orders are automatically tagged to that table!

How to Print QR Codes

Option 1: Table Tents
  1. Download QR code (PNG format)
  2. Open in image editor or Word
  3. Resize to 4x4 inches
  4. Add "Scan for Menu" text
  5. Print on cardstock paper
  6. Fold into table tent
Option 2: Laminated Cards
  1. Print QR code at 3x3 inches
  2. Include table number
  3. Print on glossy paper
  4. Laminate for durability
  5. Place on tables
Pro Tip: Print extra QR codes and keep them as backup!

Test Your QR Code

  1. Open camera app on your phone
  2. Point at QR code
  3. Tap the notification to open menu
  4. Check if menu loads correctly
  5. Verify all items and images appear
Always test before putting on tables!

Common QR Code Issues

Solutions:
  • Print at minimum 2x2 inches size
  • Ensure good print quality (not blurry)
  • Use high contrast (black QR on white background)
  • Don't fold or crease the QR code

Solutions:
  • Regenerate QR code from dashboard
  • Clear browser cache on phone
  • Ensure you're using latest QR code

Number of times your menu was opened via QR code scan

Popular Items

Most ordered menu items

View Earnings Report

  1. Go to Reports → Earnings
  2. Select date range (Today, This Week, This Month, Custom)
  3. Filter by payment type (Online/Offline)
  4. View detailed breakdown
Report includes: Order date, customer name, amount, payment method, table number

How to Use Analytics to Grow

Identify Best Sellers Put popular items at top of menu
Remove Slow Movers Items with low orders can be removed
Peak Hours Know when you're busiest for staffing
Revenue Tracking Monitor daily/weekly/monthly growth

Subscription & Billing

Manage your plan and payments

Choose Your Plan

  1. Go to Subscription → Plans
  2. Review available plans:
    • Basic - ₹299/month - Perfect for small cafes
    • Professional - ₹699/month - For growing restaurants
    • Enterprise - ₹1499/month - Multi-location chains
  3. Click "Subscribe" on chosen plan
  4. Complete payment via PhonePe/UPI

Upgrade or Downgrade Plan

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select new plan
  4. Changes take effect immediately
Note: Upgrades are prorated - you only pay the difference!

Cancel Subscription

  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Confirm cancellation
  4. Access continues until end of billing period
Your data is safe for 30 days after cancellation

Troubleshooting

Quick fixes for common issues

Solutions:
  1. Click "Forgot Password" on login page
  2. Enter your registered email
  3. Check email for reset link (check spam folder)
  4. Create new password
  5. Try logging in again

Possible causes:
  • Image file too large (max 1MB)
  • Wrong file format (use JPG, PNG, WEBP)
  • Slow internet connection
Solutions:
  1. Compress images before uploading
  2. Use online tools like TinyPNG
  3. Check file format
  4. Re-upload images

Quick fixes:
  1. Refresh the page (F5 or Ctrl+R)
  2. Check date filter - set to "All Time"
  3. Ensure orders were placed from correct QR code
  4. Check internet connection
  5. Clear browser cache and reload
Still not working? Contact support with order details

Common issues:
  • Insufficient balance in account
  • Bank/UPI server down
  • Incorrect UPI PIN
  • Transaction limit exceeded
Solutions:
  1. Check bank balance
  2. Try different payment method
  3. Wait 30 minutes and retry
  4. Contact your bank if issue persists

Fixes:
  1. Ensure QR code is printed clearly (not blurry)
  2. Print at minimum 2x2 inches size
  3. Use good lighting when scanning
  4. Hold phone steady, 6-8 inches away
  5. Clean camera lens
  6. Try a different QR code scanning app
Tip: Most modern phones scan QR codes directly through camera app

Reason:

You've reached your plan's menu item limit.

Solution:
  1. Go to Subscription
  2. Click "Upgrade Plan"
  3. Choose plan with higher item limit
  4. Complete upgrade
Current Limits:
Basic: 50 items | Professional: 200 items | Enterprise: Unlimited

Quick fixes:
  1. Click "Save" after making changes
  2. Clear browser cache on customer's phone
  3. Wait 1-2 minutes for updates to propagate
  4. Ask customer to refresh menu page
  5. Check if changes are saved in dashboard
Changes are usually instant, but may take 1-2 minutes in rare cases
